Job Description / Responsibility

• Interact with users of the system
• Communicate user feedback to other team members
• Assist users in troubleshooting system issues
• Create technical and marketing content for conferences, events, etc
• Prepare responses to REPs and other business proposals

Educational Requirements

Bachelor�s degree preferably in Computer Science! Engineering/ IT

• Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written English
• Strong Computer skills
• Strong creative & analytical writing skills

• Work with people in different countries and appreciate cultural differences
