Job Description / Responsibility

- As a System Administrator - Ops Engineer in our blazingly fast paced and high performing team, you will:
- TONS of Linux skill is required, command line, scripting, performance monitoring, etc
- MySQL DB cluster setup, monitoring, backup, and all policies related to our projection, staging, and test servers and MYSQL experience handling high performance transactional workloads.
- Strong understanding of high availability architectures, load balancers, etc
- You must COMMUNICATE with management BEFORE being asked without losing the trust, love, and admiration of your team.
- You can tackle difficult situations with poise and patience.
- You must have at least 4 years experience
- You understand how to properly solve problems, manage change, and schedule your tasks.
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Working knowledge of IT Automation, like Puppet or Chef.
- Experience Supporting LAMP environments, Linux Apache Mysql PHP, Ruby on Rails, Python, etc.
- Easy to get along with and good sense of humor.
- Self taught people are always cool but a degree does n0t hurt. More than anything you should be a good learner and strong problem solver.
- Working with our IT Security Engineers to ensure the management and security of all IT policies regarding local desktop infrastructure and production systesms.

Additional Job Requirements
- Must have experience on local wifi network using Mikrotik router.
- System performance tuning.
- Ensuring that the network infrastructure is up and running.
- Automated web application deployment using Capistrano script
- Excellent problem solving skills and love technical challenges.
- Self-motivation and ability to multi-task.
- Initiative to be productive and efficient.
