Job Description / Responsibility
- This position will be responsible for conducting day to day work of Walton Service Point.
- Provide best after sales support service activities and ensure customer complaints are dealt within a structured time frame.
- Handle and monitor the activities of technician of the responsible service point.
- Developing relations with customers
- Collecting customer feedback and technical feedback & reporting.
- Maintaining spare parts store and daily accounts.
- Preparing product wise service report.
