Job Description / Responsibility
  • This position will be responsible for conducting day to day work of Walton Service Point.
  • Provide best after sales support service activities and ensure customer complaints are dealt within a structured time frame.
  • Handle and monitor the activities of technician of the responsible service point.
  • Developing relations with customers
  • Collecting customer feedback and technical feedback & reporting.
  • Maintaining spare parts store and daily accounts.
  • Preparing product wise service report.

    B.Sc in Engineering with Diploma in Engineering
Experience Requirements
  • 2 to 3 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):

Additional Job Requirements
  • Age At most 30 year(s)
  • Only males are allowed to apply.
  • Candidates having experience as a In-charge of any service point will get preference
  • Good knowledge on operating computer.
  • Willing to work any where in Bangladesh.
  • Strong computer literacy,specially on MS office applications
