Job Description / Responsibility

• JB (Japan Bangla) Group is looking for a dynamic candidate who has Computer Science &
• IT background and creative English writing & speaking skill. Who also have good know-how on Website, Html, Illustrator, Photoshop, Power Point, Excel, Word press, digital promotion, design, Face book, Blogging, e-commerce and very expert on online shopping site. The candidate must be aggressive to work with foreigners and Bangladeshi amid capturing international standard anywhere of the world.
• Duties:
• Design web sites (Static & Dynamic), landing pages, Blogs, Logos, Icons, Leaflets, pamphlets from scratch (after designs of existing sites) using HTML, Wordpress, JavaScript, CSS, Illustrator, AutoCAD, XHTML, Flash, PHP
• Promotion of websites both organically and using Google Adwords, Google Analytics
• Web promotion including Facebook, Blogs, etc
• Expert on online shopping site.
• Creating contents that convert visitors to purchasers.
• Enhancing the look, functionality and appearance of group websites
• Fixing problems encountered in the functioning of the website
• Designing websites that are easy and effective to use
• Designing web campaigns for online initiatives, editorials, emails & banners.
• Building affiliate white-labels websites, promotional banners & creative material.
• Testing websites for functionality in different browsers & at different resolutions
• Job Location: Dhaka (possibility to relocate in Tokyo, Japan)

Educational Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from reputed institutions (preferably from Dhaka University, Sylhet Shahjalal University, North South University, Independent University, CUET, KUET, BUET and AIUB.

Experience Requirements

• 5 to 10 year(s)

• Age 30 to 40 year(s)
• Both male & female are allowed to apply.
• Proven track records in front end design and development using CSS and HTML.
• Possesses 5-10 years of experience with Technical SEO/ Content Marketing, Search Engine Management, Web Marketing
• Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Public Relations, Computer Science
• Knowledge of Databases and Structured Query Languages
• Knowledge of reporting tools such as Excel
• Internet infrastructure familiarity
• A high level of knowledge/experience in oral and written communication
• Excellent visual design skills and knowledge of current web industry trends
• Existing knowledge of User Interface patterns and techniques
• Technical Skills: AS3, PHP, MySQL, Adobe design products and Dreamweaver.
• Excellent understanding of desktop, mobile and other platform design
• Approach the design of new materials guided by aesthetic and technical logic
• Establishes good communication, feedback and strong networking.
• Takes corrective action when expected results are not achieved and ability to be innovative and creative through day night hard work.
